Foxtel Go AF4013 error iPhone - cannot connect

Have uninstalled and reinstall, update iOS, contacted Foxtel, restarted. Turned around touched the ground.... works on other devices, not all register device slots are used, one other device is same phone, no vpn, works on android and on iPad iOS 10.1. Any ideas?

Yes, complete system reboot, reregisterd foxtel ID. Still no fix.

Has an escalation been placed to have this matter investigated? The Foxtel team on 131999 are the best team to assist.
