Foxtel go App

since changing from foxtel through foxtel, to foxtel through telstra, my foxtel go APP is not working anymore, saying login detail are incorrect.

 

any help

There is a bit of an issue that seems to come up from time to time if moving from Foxtel to Foxtel From Telstra that the Foxtel ID needs to be reset by Foxtel support because it keeps trying to find the old account because the account number is retained.

Your best bet to get it working is to call 131999 and speak to Foxtel Support they will reset the Foxtel ID and you may need to relink it again but it should work after that.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
