Foxtel go not working after changing to Foxtel from Telstra?

I have been with Foxtel a few years and was recently offered the 1000 gig including Foxtel from Telstra for $99 a month. Of course I accepted, this bundle will save me over $100 a month and give me an extra 800 gig but now I'm on the new plan, after the initial frustration of reordering the channel packs I had previously I no longer have access to Foxtel Go? I'm entering all the details required,and it's telling me my account no longer exists, then I tried to register for a new Foxtel ID and it's asking for my date of birth, my account number and my smart card number, all of which I have entered correctly, REPEATEDLY.To no avail?? I keep getting an error message telling me my details are incorrect?? Any help would be greatly appreciated we use Foxtel Go alot and would like to get it back up and running asap.

I have seen this once before, in that case the Foxtel Support team needed to reset the Foxtel ID because the account number stayed the same it caused an issue in their validation system. I would suggest calling 133933 and speak to the support team and see if they can resolve it for you.
