Foxtel Go works on iPhone but not on iPad.

What version of iOS is your iPad running?

What happens when you try to use Foxtel Go? Are you unable to sign in? Getting an error message?

IOS 12.4.6

On trying to access I get a tag stating:

No internet connection. You need to be connected to the internet to use Foxtel Go.

Try Again

The Foxtel Go works ok on my Apple 5 phone ok.

Have you allowed the Foxtel Go app to access data in the settings on your iPad?

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled to see if this is helpful?

 

As the Foxtel Go App is not a application which is managed by Telstra, if you continue to have any issues you'll need to seek further support from Foxtel here: https://tel.st/dp9qs
