Foxtel Go

My Foxtel from Telstra says that Foxtel Go is included in my subscription.

Is there a limit to how many people can use the same access at the same time? Eg one child on ipad and another on laptop?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Foxtel Go

There is a limit of installing app on five devices and can watch simultaneously on two devices at the same time.

Re: Foxtel Go

Hi there

Thanks for the quick reply.

Just a quick follow up, do you know if the IQ box itself counts as a device if you're not using the app?

Cheers

Re: Foxtel Go

No, the iQ box itself doesn't use the Foxtel Go app at all, so it is up to 5 additional devices can be registered, and 2 used at any one time.

Be aware taht not all you subscribed channels can be seen on Foxtel Go, just a subset.

Also, not all devices can run the Foxtel Go app, so if you can't see the app as available, your device isn't compatible.  I run Foxtel Go on Windows, using the Chrome Browser, and Pixel phones and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.
