Foxtel HD package showing as locked when I try to open channel
I subscribed some time ago to the HD package and the channels will not unlock. I have spoken via message with several Telstra representatives and no one has been able to resolve the issue. They tried to remove my subscription and got me to add it again and still nothing. The issue is very frustrating, and even more frustrating that you can't actually speak to anyone directly
