Foxtel HD

I have foxtel from Telstra which according to their site now includes movies and sport in HD. I have, for years been paying $10 a month for HD as I was initially told if I didn't the free to air channels would not be in HD. Is this still the case does anyone know. So hard to get on to someone who sounds like they know what they are talking about. Thanks v much
