Foxtel IQ3

I have contacted Telstra about five times about problems with a Foxtel IQ3 but seem to be getting nowhere you listen to a computerised voice then they reboot the device even after you finally get to speak to a person all they do is reboot the device and tell you to ring back if the problem continues I am sick if ringing and getting nowhere this is ridiculous.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Foxtel IQ3

When you do ring or chat with them, get a reference number and/or make notes so you can add those to a complaint if you decide to lodge one. With chats, also a good idea to take screenshots as you go - again for use as evidence..Getting a reference number ensures that they create a ticket for your issue and not just hide the contact.

Re: Foxtel IQ3

What problem(s) are you having with the iQ3?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Foxtel IQ3

When you say 'reboot the device" is that just a power cycle? or more involved?

Have you at any stage carried out Foxtel Box - Full System Reset ? If you try to do this, read the warnings and check you use the right iQB Box and Remote combination...
