Foxtel move

Recently changed houses and requested a move of all my services(internet,landline and Foxtel).whilst reconnecting the Foxtel box to the house I had issues so I called in for help.was told that my request to move Foxtel was not asked for.only the internet and landline.I have an email from customer support that says otherwise.Then I was told my iq box is not suitable for this area and need an upgrade.would of liked a heads up from two months ago if this was the problem.I feel ripped
