You have given no information that is useful.

How do you receive your Foxtel (Satellite, Cable or NBN HFC)?

What suburb/town are you located in?

Are lights showing on your iQ box?

Do you get an error message on your TV?

Is your internet service working?

Have you called Foxtel technical support via either 131999 or 132200 and saying Foxtel faults at the prompt?
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

YES FOR 5 DAYS AND GETTING NO HELP UNTIL I THREATENED TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE THEN I GOT AN AUSTRALIAN WHO IS SENDING SOMEONE ROUND ON TUESDAY.

A Foxtel Tech came and said it was the Telstra cable into the building, logged a cable fault on Telstra site, we will see what happens next, not much I suspect.

You will have to wait for an NBN Co technician to come and have a look at it as they own all the infrastructure in your area now. You will probably need a high pass filter added to your line.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
