Foxtel now 12 month offer

I've just started a 24 month mobile broadband with the nighthawk device and was advised that it comes with Foxtel now 12 subscription. When I go into the Telstra tv app and view my offers, the Foxtel now offer is not there. Can someone please advise how I can redeem the offer. Thanks

Still not working. Telstra tv only allows 3 month subscription, however app on phone and iPad shows 12 month subscription but the link doesn't work. Link from email received today that says 12 month subscription, with three starter packs, also does not work. When will this be fixed?

I signed up to a 24 month contract on Saturday 20/1/18 and was not informed of any issues regarding the the Foxtel Now offering.
