I need to cancel the Movie pack, but its says system error try again later. now its like 3 months. contact the telstra team but every representative gives tells that technical person will contact but all these month no one contacted. I am paying $ 20 every month. they says try the different browsers, that this but nothing works. feel like this is a trick. once you buy a pack cant get rid of it.
