When was the bill due? Services are usually cancelled from the end of the service period, not when the bill is due.


If you missed the due date of the bill, you need to let Telstra know that you have paid in order for the services to be resumed ASAP. Call 132200 or use the chat function in the My Telstra app.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
