Foxtel Suspension

I am having difficulty in reading-suspending our Foxtel account online.

 

i have entered details required 4 times via the app/website and it is not accepting my Foxtel number.

 

i can’t get anyone on the phone to help.  Any tips?

Due to the temporary COVID-19 support issues, it is best at this time to chase it up via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.

This is incorrect. 

 

If you have Foxtel from Telstra the "Get Help" function is as helpful as pressing #$%#. Nothing will happen in either case and nobody will care.  There is nobody there.  They cannot help because they are non-existent, the automated non-assistant suggests that instead of trying "Get Help" you try "Get Help" because they can't understand the most basic questions.

 

Basically just pray.  

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
