Foxtel thru Telstra

I am trying to sign up for Foxtel through Telstra I did previously have an account with Foxtel So I tried to click on the button saying re-activate account and it asks for a credit card because I’m signing up through Telstra now do I have to sign up as a new customer not a reactivation?
