foxtel-upgrade to an IQ4 box

trying to do this via the phone-unable to help me.. referedme to the app. when i go to the foxtel from telstra tab and try to find the set top box upgrade area.. there is always an error message saying unable to load details

You could try going to your My Account page using a browser on a tablet or PC maybe?   https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home 

 

When you login, locate your Foxtel service in the list and click on Manage..  I am not sure if there is an upgrade option there, but it might show your information/details 

 

It is nos as easy to self-serve via the Telstra options as they seem to think it is - I have often wondered how much 'real world' testing their My Telstra app gets - so many people have trouble with it and that is made worse by everything being forced to the app's Chat facility...
