We recently subscribed through Telstra.

I would like to know why the channels I have on my FOXTEL Go app are different to those on my tv service?  I am referring to movies and Lifestyle Food.

they are not available on the tv subscription 

the technician tried to add them and said they could not be added.

It's all down to the streaming rights. If Foxtel doesn't have the streaming rights for a channel/program in Australia, then they can't offer it through Foxtel Go/Foxtel Now.


Streaming Rights (Foxtel Go/ Foxtel Now) and Broadcast Rights (Foxtel) are two different licencing agreements.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
