Foxtel

My current Foxtel box is not working correctly. It is over 10 years old. I need it replaced please.

Crowdsupport is mostly a peer to peer forum, most contributors are customers just like you and there is no billing or account access.

 

You need to contact Telstra on 132200 or via My Telstra app or My Account web page. Just say Foxtel for the phone call or type Foxtel is you use the Get Help chat icon in ther app or the Get Help Message Us button on the web page...

 

Or if you need help, tell us the model of Foxtel box, how it connects and also what the issues are so contributors here can make suggestions for you..
