Help! How do you remove program reminders that you have not set up?

Throughout the AFL season we kept on getting reminders for EVERY match that was about to start. We had not requested this, nor set it up.

Now we have removed sports channels from our package, but we are still getting reminders, multiple times, every day, for new shows on the AFL channel!
We have put reminders on other shows, and these work fine, and disappear after that show is selected, or if we cancel it.

There is zero guidance to be found on Foxtel, or in this Telstra crowd support.

We can’t believe we are the only ones experiencing this very annoying occurrence.

If you go to Foxtel and look in the Scheduled list, are the programs there? If so you can delete them while you are there.

Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
