Help please

I just signed up for the $99 broadband bundle that says "get unlimited data + Telstra tv + Foxtel Now for 24 mths." I received everything today and have set up the Telstra tv. Logged in on the app, my Mac and my phone app but have no offer for Foxtel now. It only shows up with 2 free bigpond movies, Netflix 1 month trial and Apple Music. Am I missing something? TIA

Hi Cburn thanks for reaching out, if you log into your My Account http://tel.st/cpyn or the 24x7 App http://tel.st/app, once you've logged in and scroll to the bottom the page you'll see 'My Offers'. If you tap on this you'll be re-directed to a new web page 'hub'. From there you'll see your Foxtel Now 12 months offer. Tap on this and select the categories you'd like (you may only be eligible for a select few) and if you'd like more these will be added at the cost per month.

You may be required to create a Foxtel Now account/ log into an existing Foxtel Now account. From there you should be fine to use the service.

Thank you Zoe. There is no Foxtel option in the “my offers” section, I check everyday. That’s the problem.

Yeah, I’ve done that 4 times. No one at Telstra or Foxtel can help. I’ve also tried live chat & they just say they’ll get back to me because they can’t work it out but never do. I think part of the problem is I had an account with Foxtel, that I recently closed but Telstra has given me the same email to try logging on with but Goxtel says this email is now locked out as it was associated with a previous account.

Missing some programs: sport and entertainment

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
