How do I cancel my "Foxtel from Telstra" subscription?
This question has been asked before, but pre-pandemic. The solution is no longer valid as it appears Telstra is using the pandemic as an excuse for not talking to anyone.
I had an NBN/Foxtel Telstra account at an apartment I no longer own. I did not want to transfer the account, I already have one at the new address. I canclled it but the "Foxtel from Telstra" has not been cancelled. The usual instruction is to call 13 22 00 and say disconnect of cancel. Since no-one will answer, and I cannot cancel online, I have reached a dead end. Hello? Is anyone from Telstra there? Hello?

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response but you receive a notification through the app when someone responds.
