I want to change my Foxtel package
I've been trying to change my Foxtel package for a couple of months now, I cant seem to be able to have a conversation with anyone at Telstra, I'm sucidal following the App process they tell you to use . I've tried stopping my payments in the hope I might be lucky to get someone on the other end of the phone...that's not worked either and I end up paying more the next month. You would think during these times Telstra would try and show some sort of customer support. It seems to me Telstra have took advantage of COVID 19 and removed their offshore customer support.

Their offshore customer support was removed because the workers couldn't get to work as they were in government enforced lockdown.
