I want to disconnect foxtel

I want to disconnect Foxtel tried multiple times online didn't work. Please help me urgently.

This doesn't work! This link tells you to either:

1. Call the telstra 13 number, or

2. To use the App.

The issue is, the telstra 13 no tells you to use the App, and the app tells you to call... an infinite circle..

If you want to disconnect your Foxtel by phone.

call Foxtel on 13 19 99 and say disconnection

If you are a Foxtel from Telstra customer call 132200 and say disconnection.

Well that doesn't work, never ending loop going back to useless Codi. and phone calls + Telstra Shops are not the answer. TIO has yet again been contacted

I've been trying to disconnect too. The "Codi" chat messenger thing is useless, keeps referring me to download the Telstra App, but it's incompatible with my phone so that's no good to me, with nowhere else to turn...will try the number somebody posted below.
