That can't be organised through Crowdsupport. Nobody here has access to Account Information, Billing or Foxtel systems. We are mainly just customers just like yourself (not even the Telstra moderators have access to those systems).
You will need to either call 132200 or send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.

Login to your account on a computer and go down to Foxtel and hit manage. There will be options there to change your pakage (I just did it). Its useless getting onto Telstra over the phone at the moment they hang up on you if you don't supply what they want. Thinking of leaving Telstra after 40 yrs as a loyal customer if thats the crap you have to deal with.
