Iq boxes

I have two old iq2 boxes and have been told they are to be changed over to iq3 boxes so we may enjoy on demand again but that was some time ago, like when will receive these boxes and again enjoy what Foxtel are charging us for?

Did you actually contact Telstra and arrange those IQ box upgrades? It won't magically happen..

If you have reference/order numbers, use the My Telstra app, Get Help and then the blue chat icon to follow them up..

 

Those orders probably won't show up in the Track My Order options..
