IQ4 installation pack - installation completed - Upgrade Required

Installed new IQ4 box with Foxtel assistance. Screen now says - Upgrade Required - looks like you're not currently subscribed. Box has blue light on. Been like this for one hour. Where do we go from here?

Have you logged into the IQ4 and completed the setup?

 

Have you tried a power cycle (power off, wait a minute or two, power on)?

 

Does anything here  https://www.foxtel.com.au/support/tv/troubleshooting/installation-help.html#selfinstallkits  help you?

Thanks for your reply.

 

Have managed to resolve problem after finding we needed the remote to assist and initially this had batteries incorrectly loaded. Once this was identified and fixed, the remote paired and then things started happening. 

Now all working correctly.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
