Just moved into new home. Issues transferring Foxtel.

Telstra moving homes team were great with NBN connection. But still haven't heard from anyone regarding the Foxtel connection. I've called Telstra 3 times now, get the same response each time, 'your order is complete'. Still getting charged by Telstra. Spent a total of 10 hours on hold to get nothing sorted so far.

I will be filing a dispute with the ombudsman if this is not resolved asap. Lost working hours for myself with over $200 taken in error billing.
