Moved home - nbn connected on correct date but no Foxtel from telstra

I cannot get through via telephone, cannot online chat.  I have a contract which does not expire until Dec 2020.  I do not have a foxtel installation, told to just take foxtel box, but unable to connect to anything.  It is now 7 days since I requested everything be transferred and have not heard from telstra.  Extremely frustrated and I do not believe I should pay when telstra/foxtel must be in breach of their contract by not providing service.

Is there anyone out there who I can get an answer from.
