Moving home foxtel
How do I relocated my home Foxtel? There is no tab for relocating Foxtel option in the Telsta App.. I need a technician to attend the new address to set up the Foxtel box. There is a dish on the roof already

Re: Moving home foxtel
It is normally arranged when you book a move for your Phone and Internet services. They contact you after you book the move (triggered by your Foxtel from Telstra service being attached to your account) and arrange for a Foxtel Technician to connect it up (at a cost of $135).
If that hasn't happened (or you don't have phone/internet with Telstra), contact a consultant by calling 132200 or send a message by either:
- the My Telstra app on your mobile
- logging into your account via the telstra.com.au website
and then go to the Get Help tab and click on the blue icon at the bottom of the screen (labelled Message Us on the website, icon only on app). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response. If you use the app, you will get a notification on your mobile when someone responds.
