Re: Moving to a new address

Hey Zazzle,

You can organise a move for your services, including Foxtel From Telstra. Is it just the Foxtel service you wish to move, or other services as well?

Hey @Zazzle

You can notify Telstra of your new address here: https://www.telstra.com.au/moving-house

Re: Moving to a new address

If the OP 'notifies' Telstra of the address change, will that instigate the relocation of their services (internet, homephone, Foxtel etc.) automatically? Wouldn't they have to request that change to happen? Which is what the page you linked to does, but mentions extra cost Foxtel.....

Re: Moving to a new address

Hey @SteveW_52

You can either call or message Telstra directly and notify them off your address change. Alternatively you can book your move at the above link without having to contact Telstra at all!

You can then track and monitor your move request  through the Telstra App rather than having to call Telstra each time for an update.

Re: Moving to a new address

I think the inclusion of a Foxtel move will make it necessary to contact Telstra - otherwise it might ne 'missed'...

Re: Moving to a new address

Hey @SteveW_52

Once you start the move order through the online form it asks which services you would like to move. There is an option to select Foxtel to ensure it doesn’t get missed!

Re: Moving to a new address

Previous experience assisting friends has shown that process is risky, despite the options provided. But that is my personal feelings..  didn't work in those previous cases and required a lot of follow up to get it sorted..  and that was just a month ago.
