my Foxtel bill on the Telstra Account is $150.00 too much

This charge should not be there..was supposed to be zero as I was deemed long term customer

You will need to discuss that with Billing either by calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi sends you somewhere else, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat to a human. (Note: it can take a few hours to get a response)

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
