No foxtel

My Foxtel has not worked since last Sunday. A technician came on Last Tuesday and said there was a problem with no Foxtel getting into the building and he would report that to Telstra! Still no Foxtel!!!

Is it going to be rectified soon or I shall cancel my subscription. The box has a yellow light where it should be red or blue. The location of the box is [address removed to protect your privacy

Never post your address in a public forum such as Crowdsupport.

 

To find out when a technician is coming, you will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codit redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response and you will receive a notification through the app when someone does.

 

Or you can try Livechat.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
