No signal issue Foxtel

Hi, our Foxtel keeps going to a black screen and we are getting a message on screen that says "no signal is being detected, please check cables are connected" I thought it might be our old set top box so I ordered a new box, installed it and the same thing is happening.

Our Live TV is working so it's nothing to do with the antenna. Any help would be appreciated. thank you!
