No sound control

Our foxtel box is one of the original Foxtel IQ boxes and we can no longer control the sound volume at all through the foxtel box. What can you do to help?

How does the iQ connect to your TV?  and have you checked the audio settings in the iQ box?

Hi @TCarr3 I'd recommend speaking with Foxtel Faults on 131 999 for help with the current box, but if it's that old you'll probably be recommended to update to a newer box
