If you have an IQ2 box or earlier, On Demand is no longer available on thaose devices.

 

Telstra ran an email campaign recently advising users of this situation and offering a free upgrade to IQ3..  you may have missed that advice?

 

Use the My Telstra app, Get Help, then blue chat icon to contact support and see if you can get onto that deal..

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
