I can’t get Foxtel On Demand anymore and it was always a part of my package.

If you have an IQ2 or earlier, On Demand is no longer available to you.

 

Telstra did run an email campaign earlier in the year about this and offered free upgrades from IQ2 to IQ3. Check to see if you have received that email.

 

That offer is now closed and I believe only IQ4's (requiring satellite dish) are available..

 

But you can try to get on to that upgrade by using the My Telstra app, go to Get Help and then click on the blue chat icon, then ask bout the IQ2 upgrade offer..
