You will need to contact Telstra on 132200 or through the chat function in the My Telstra app.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You have to contact Telstra Support. You can either call them on 132200, or alternatively use the My Telstra app > Get help > Speak with us (fill in a simple explanation of your issue and a consultant will call you).
