Problems Recording Since Channel Number Updates - IQ2

Since the channel number updates that came into effect in October, I have lost all my series links that were scheduled in my planner.  I set them up again with series link (and they showed in planner as having series link), but once one episode has recorded, the scheduled recording has now disappeared from the planner.  Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening and what I can do to fix it??
