Returned Foxtel Box

Had upgrade new Satalite dish installed & upgrade of foxtel box, technician has taken old box now received letter asking for the old box what shall I do

The technician should have recorded that they had taken the old box with them.


You will need to send a message via the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
