A message came up on our screen saying upgrade. What does this mean. Do I have to get another box.

I have polished my crystal ball as best I can, but it still won't show me what equipment you have...  so I can't really comment on your question..  but others might..

It may just mean that the iQ box has "forgotten" what your subscription allows you to watch. Completely power down the iQ box (turn it off at the power and leave it for 30 seconds) and then turn it back on.


If that doesn't fix the problem, give us something to go on, like which model iQ box it is and what you were doing when the message popped up.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
