Unable to buy foxtel on demand

Hi Smiley Happy I've just changed my bundle in the last week. Since then, I am unable to purchase movies on demand, getting an error saying we have insufficient credit. Our bill is paid up to date. Any idea what might be causing this?

This error indicates that there may be an issue with your broadband connection, I have located a troubleshooting guide to assist in getting past this error;
