Unable to change packages

I fell like I'm in a deathloop. I try to add new channels and multiroom in the app but it says I have to call. I try and call and either get an engaged tone or I get through but it tells me I have to use the app and won't connect me to anybody that can help. I want to pay more, it shouldn't be this difficult.

I am experiencing exactly the same issues.. tried to call and the message said they are closed today. Trying to access via the app and it’s constantly thinking and not refreshing the page???

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
