Unable to read Sim card

I’m trying to turn my Foxtel on and keeps getting the message Unable yo read the SIM card.I have done all the trouble shooting it has recommenced.What do I do now?

I assume that you have turned the unit off at the power, removed the SIM, replaced it and then powered it back up?


If that didn't fix it, then I would be contacting Foxtel (or Telstra) and they may either have another idea on how to fix it, or will send you a new SIM or iQ box.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
