Why has free to air channels on satellite changed from gold coast to Nbn

Channel 9 and 7 have changed from qld to nsw channels.

I live in qld and do not want to watch nsw news and other shows. Why?

You might need to do a rescan of terrestrial channels, if you haven't already done that..

Check that the time zone set in the modem is correct by logging into modem (http://192.168.0.1, password is Telstra) and go to Advanced > Modem (Technicolor Modem) or Management (Arcadyan Modem), untick Network Time zone, select correct time zone and save settings.

Gave me the option to change back to Brisbane channels. Thank you heaps.

Username etc. depends on the modem - look on the label on the bottom side of the device..
