Wrong post code on free to air

Wrong postcode means my guide for all channels is wrong. I live in qld but for some reason my iq3 has reverted to an old postcode in NSW. ( from more than a year ago.) How can I change the post code back to my qld one. Have been reading and it says to contact Telstra. But of course Telstra doesn't want you to call them or talk about it.
