Any advice on how to manage Foxtel Packages as a Telstra customer. 

Also can’t seem to change Broadband protect options either through the App but can do on my PC.  many thanks.

My Foxtel box has stopped working.  It is on and stuck on one channel.  The remote works, the box is receiving the message but nothing happens.  I try and manually change Chanel’s - nothing.  It won’t even turn off at the box.  Any ideas??

My second Foxtel box has stopped working just a black screen. Menus work but when click on something it just goes to the black screen. No recordings are working.

I have been with foxtel through telstra for 20 years+ as I was never able to connect to foxtel directly due to location. As I am looking to upgrade to IQ3 or 4 with no upfront fee, is foxtel direct available everywhere now that cabling is gone?

Foxtel by Telstra gave access to all Foxtel channels for three months, which was automatically added.  Does anyone know whether ON DEMAND was included.  We have all movies but movies in On Demand are not accessible.
