At Foxtel you will find customers are unable to cancel or change their service online, and are unable to cancel or change their service by phone either due to lack of service and being conveniently disconnected. The best solution is to not pay the part of your bill which you can't cancel, and then lodge a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman.
The question is: How long do customers continue to pay for services they aren't able to cancel?
