Hi, I have signed on to Netflix through Foxtel (I have the platinum bundle) but are still being charged separately by Netflix. When contacting Netflix they say it is a Foxtel issue as they can't see my accounts linked.
Essentially I have been incorrectly charged by netflix when it's now included by Foxtel. Please advise what I can do stop being charged twice

Hi @Rads23 , if you have subscribed to a Foxtel from Telstra package you will need to link your existing Netflix Subscription or create a new one.
If you want to use your existing login:

Once you have successfully linked a Netflix account to Foxtel, ensure you cancel your previous account (if you created a new one).
Did you link your Netflix and Foxtel accounts when you logged in to the Netflix app on your iQ box?
Doesn't work. After doing what u suggest the dead end arises that you have give bank details which defeats the purpose of having an inclusive account which includes Netflix.Refer to posts titled netflix bundle on platinum. perhaps no one at telstra to send link message.
Not getting the link message. Spoke at length to netflix as well -link message not appearing -maybe staff problem at telstra but can't contact.
Have you updated you iQ3/4 software to the latest version (184.108.40.206)?
The current Netflix version should be 5.0.3-606714
Did they get you to sign out of the Netflix app and then sign back in?
Didn't sign up in the first place -to do so I would have be charged separately. My netflix version is 4.3.4--606711- no the one you mentioned
The way I read the instructions, you need to sign in for the link to appear.
Done that previously a few time even with netflix guy. What happens

How it is suppose to work apparently is when you go to app the link message supposed to come up automatically if the bundle info sent from telstra.
The info is actually sent from Foxtel to Netflix.
Are you on the current Platinum Plus Bundle? or the old Platinum bundle? Only the current one has Netflix included.

No worries, that plan won't include a Netflix subscription.
