Netflix bundle on Foxtel platinum.

I have the platinum bundle on the iq4 Foxtel box. How do I get to view Netflix as it’s requiring me to add a payment method when it’s supposed to be included in my bundle?  I should be seeing the “Netflix is included in your bundle” when I press the Netflix button but I only see “join up” or “sign in” options.

Having same problem.platinum bundle,iq3  new box.Not getting the message you mentioned which is supposed to happen-.message re inclusion supposed to be sent to box from telstra if telstra ftel bundle
