Activate Game Optimiser

I've spoken with Telstra Support and they say that game optimiser is active on my account but on the telstra modem gateway it says down the bottom 'not active' when i try sign into the DumaOS app with the telstra game optimiser selected i write in 'admin' for a username and 'Telstra' for a password it then says 'connecting' then pushes me back to the log in page and says 'serve cant be reached' ive reset my modem several times as been asked to and still nothing.
